What I Eat Book

Written by my tiny tank on . Posted in Books, Chronicles, My Favorite Things

Just a quick blog tonight.  You may recall me blogging about this book once before. My boys gave it to me for my birthday this year after our visit to the Boston Museum of Science earlier that month.  We had seen an exhibit centered around the book. It was one of the most interesting food culture like presentations I had ever seen. All three of use were riveted by the content.

I happened to pick the book up tonight as it sits on the table next to my bed.  I was reminded how much I LOVE this book.  Wow, very eye opening.  How food culture is so different around the world.

I have to say I think it is a must read for anyone dealing with food related addictions.  Not because it will teach you something you don’t already know because it is more a coffee table like book, but because it is impactful in the food images it shares about culture, personalities, and nourishment.

It’s one of my favorite things.
