So it seems like years since I blogged.  When in fact it has been a mere two days without posts.  I must say the break was unplanned but maybe it was needed.  I’m glad to be back here in my usual spot writing down my thoughts for the day.  What may be unclear to you is that I write here each day for myself.  I write to spill my thoughts out so they become more real to me.

I thought I might share a couple of the recent questions I’ve received. My Ask Tiny Tank volume has been booming lately. Lots of great people asking good questions. I think it may be from the my new Facebook Page. We are all so lucky to have this online community available to us. Facebook. Twitter. Blogs. When I had surgery there was my hospital’s support group and it was a struggle to get to it since it was more than 20 miles away.

Vitamin Regime

One of the most frequently asked questions I receive is about what vitamins I take. I am a long term post op weight loss surgery patient and therefore my vitamin needs are very different from a newly post op patient. You should only take supplements based on your doctors recommendation.
