It happens to us all. We take that “one more bite.” The one we thought about before we put it in our mouths. We actually considered not having it. But maverickly consumed usually with haste. Maybe my stomach won’t notice because my mind really wants that last taste. Do you really need that last bite? Nutritionally? Of course not.
