On Track

Just a quick update today since it is late.  It has been back to school for us this week.  Getting back into the school year routine is always a bit exhausting. Lots of excitement.  I want to share with you the outcome of the weekend.  I  was SUCCESSFUL in my battle against the Weekend Fat Girl.  I was down one pound from last week and so I feel victorious over my tendency to get cocky and indulge on the weekend. So today I am 195.2 down from 204 where I started in July in my efforts to loose my regain.

I’m feeling good.

A few things that I feel are making this all work are sticking to the rules and tracking my food intake to make sure I am getting enough protein.  I don’t track all the time but I try to at least one week out of each month to help make me CLEAR on what is going into my mouth.  I use MyNetDiary.com.  It is the best tool for me because I can access it from my laptop in the kitchen or from my iphone or ipad using their app.

So looking into the next few weeks, I’d like to do a few things to help track the loss of my regain. I’m going to take full body shots at loss intervals. This is something I never did when I lost my weight originally. And I need to track my numbers somewhere here on the site. I’ll work on that. Enough for tonight. Keep it simple!
