Not a Spammer

The last thing I want to be is a spammer. I write pretty much everyday and you may be receiving an email from me every time I blog. How often would you like to receive email blog posts from me? Did you know you have an option! Maybe you’d rather receive a weekly recap of my blog posts. Then you can read them Saturday morning with your coffee. I’ve listened to feedback.

And this is why I’ve created a way for you to choose how often you receive email blog posts from me.

Follow this link if you’d like to subscribe to weekly email posts. Just subscribe with your name and email address and choose the frequency of “weekly summary.”

After you do this you can then Unsubscribe from my Daily posts by following the link that you’ll find at the bottom of the daily emails you are receiving from me.

      Hi Jessica. That’s the great thing. Each person can choose. Daily or weekly. I’ve subscribed to both LOL. I do find daily writing helps me and I read my own posts. Yup. I do write for me so I re-read them all the time. Thanks!

      Marlene. That hits home for me. No pressure really. Ha!! I love reading blogs in the morning it helps me wake up. And it too inspires me to see all these amazing weight loss survey peeps rocking their tiny tanks. I will think of you when that little voice in my head says “oh they don’t care about that topic Tracy. You don’t need to post that!!” I hope to do more regular video posts. Like you I love my YouTube vids. I’m not a good commenter on YouTube since I’m usually running when watching vids. But I rely on them for wls inspiration. Thanks Marlene. You’ve made my day.

    I had signed up and all of a sudden they stopped coming. Today I discovered that they have been going into ‘junk’. No way are they junk! Added you to contacts and safe list, hope that fixes this. If not I will unsubscribe and try again.
