Just a Little Video and More

Written by my tiny tank on . Posted in Chronicles, Giveaways, Product Review, Video Updates

I had been long overdue for a video update.  I love watching YouTube videos from the weight loss surgery community.  So today was the day.  I had some notes before I made the video but like any live performance there are always some surprises.  Today’s video was no exception.

Before we get to the video below I have a few things I wanted to share.

I’ll be reviewing the EatSmart Precision Pro - Multifunction Digital Kitchen Scale. EatSmart has sent me this scale to try and review here on My Tiny Tank.  I’m excited about giving it a try.  Karen at EatSmart products sent me the scale and it arrived this weekend.  I’ve unpacked it and have been giving a whirl.  As you know we love numbers here in the Tiny Tank household.  Not only have I given it a spin already, but the Whistler has been using it to weigh everything!!  More to come on the Review of the EatSmart scale.  And the best part is… as part of the review there will be a GIVEAWAY!!!

I also wanted to mention that my monthly raffle will be drawn for February in a few days.  Don’t miss out on being eligible to win and choose from one of these four thermal lunch bags from Thirty-One!

Well on to the prerecorded performance.

    Hi Tracy,
I’ve been following you for a few weeks now and wanted to leave a comment. LOVE the video!!! A little about me…..not a weight loss surgery person but I’m 42, been through WW a few years back, lost 35+ lbs and once I hit goal got lax and the weight came back on….last year went full force with healthy eating 6x/day and lost 25 lbs….hurricane sandy hit and those 2 weeks with no power completely derailed my eating and now slowly but surely the weight has crept back on. I did a google on weight maintenance and found your site…..I need all motivation I can get….I too am and all or nothing person and it’s black or white…..I’m getting focused again and back on the wagon so to speak with working out and need to harness my eating habits again.
I too have a huge mug that I must have my coffee in the morning….my vice and it will be the one thing that I allow myself. Love the mantra you must stop gaining to start losing….will be printing that one and posting it on the inside of my cabinets!! I’m glad I’ve found your site for inspiration!

Hi Darlene. Thanks for your comment. The videos are fun to make. And I should make them more often. Perhaps I’ll try to do one once a week. Peace.
