Inspirations I Needed to Share

Written by my tiny tank on . Posted in Chronicles, Inspiration, Motivation, Support

I had the great pleasure of working through all the comments you have left over the last few days.  It is something I truly savor.  I love reading and replying to each one.  I also LOVE reading the many weight loss surgery blogs that I follow.  Recently many friends have been reaching weight loss goals.  A very exciting time.

Since I don’t have a full blog post for you tonight I thought I’d leave with you some links to the blogs of these special people and you can read for yourself about their stories and recent accomplishments

Holly has recently reached 220 pounds lost.  Amazing and very inspirational.

Trish has recently reach 100 pounds lost. Honest and Succeeding Along the Way

Marlene who is moments away from Goal! She is preparing for Maintenance with precise Strategy!

You inspire me Tracy. I always appreciate your approach to this process and your words of wisdom. I have had many people mention to me lately that I should start a blog but I am not sure I am willing to open my life up to the scrutiny of the world! But, who knows. Maybe I will do it eventually. I think going back to school is going to come first. Keep these motivating posts coming!!

Hi Miss Cathy. Going back to school is very inspiring too! I have a very dear childhood friend who just went back to school and is now working in a new profession. I have great admiration for her courage and persistence. As for blogging, it has helped me tremendously since I started this blog. Let me offer something out to you. If you ever want to write a piece I’d be happy to post it for you here. Recently I’ve had some guest post requests and am open to sharing posts written by others. Those who have guest posted have found it very helpful for themselves and they also see from the comments how what they have said reaches others. THANK YOU for your kind words and let me tell you I find so much inspiration in our friendship :) I’m thinking that you and I should work on Miss Sassy Girl Kitchen together…. she needs some love.

Hi Miss Cinda, sorry I didn’t reply sooner. For protein powder I use Wellness Resources and I actually mostly mix it with just water. Quick hit protein. No fancy smoothie for me. I find it mixes very easily with water, it’s thin and tasty and gets the job done. Hope this helps.
