Many of you have asked me since I started reading and following the Perfect Health Diet how I am calculating the nutrient percentages. It also includes some standard foods of mine and the grams of fat, carb and protein associated to them. I also have a recipe calculator that I have been using to figure my portions.

I keep my Fat at 65% Crabs at 20% and Protein at 15% of my total calories. The link above will show you what that means.
Let me remind you I am 12 years post op RNY and am able to eat differently then a newly post op person. Please always follow your surgeons directions.
