Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Many mornings I share this smoothie with my son.  It is VERY kid friendly.

Ingredients

1 cup of Whole Milk

1 scoop of Wellness Resources Chocolate Daily Protein powder

1 Banana

2 cups of Ice Cubes (you will want to determine your preferred amount)

Directions

Add ingredients to a blender in the order they are listed. 

Blend well until all ice is smoothly blended in smoothie.

I use my Vitamix which has a Smoothie setting and stops when blended completelyPlatinumVitamix 154x154 Chocolate Banana Smoothie.
