Tracking My Weight
I use a wonderful scale called the The Withings WiFi scale it wirelessly records my weight and sends it to my iPhone where it is stored and I can review and graph my results
Below is the iPhone App for the scale. It is free and so easy to use. In the morning I weigh myself and it is effortlessly recorded for me. I don’t need to remember it, the scale does it for me and records it on a website. The iPhone app is an easy on the go way to review your results over time. You can also review your results on a website. The free app is for both iPhone and iPad.
Below is the app I’ve used when I do the Couch to 5K program. I’ve done this program a couple of times because I like the structure of it. Very easy to use.
