Well done you. My fear was that in time I would put the weight back on. You are proof that does not have to happen!
5 months post RNY – now lost 38kg. Going well.
    Keep up the good work.
    Regards, John

HI John, your tiny tank will never lie to you. 12 years out and I still have restriction. It does change but if you keep to eating about a cup of food at one time your pouch stays in check. I have been able to overeat at times but I am unable to feel well after doing that so there is no appeal! Keep following your wls rules and you will be a lifetime success! Congrats on your fabulous weight loss

Hi Andrea, thanks for your sentiments. I was able to see your video today! Even with all your travel you have learned the ways of your band! A victory for you!

Trish. Find your good place and stick with it. I found as you get further you want to graze. Beware of the grazing. Stuck to three small meals a day. You’ve got this.

Hi Miss Beautiful Holly. I have to tell you, the number 1 google search to my site is “pictures of tiny before survey.” I’ve decided to bring out the pictures this year. For me and for others. I’ve been in the closet a bit since coming online with my blog. I’ll be sharing my blog with more people in my life and sharing pictures of me at the beginning of my journey. It’s going to be a big break out for me in 2013. Ahhhhhh I’m letting out preview of my goals this year. You inspire me. Thanks for your comment. Love your comments.
